Polk Road 31, Cove, AR 71953

RARELY ARE WE ABLE TO OFFER SUCH A LARGE (BUT NOT TOO LARGE) ACREAGE these days. AND BUFFALO CREEK RUNS THROUGH IT! DEER HUNTING PARADISE!! Excellent opportunity for a large hunting club or family group or even an outfitter. Timbered property with Buffalo Creek running through it, and has bluffs along the creek. All wooded except for an extra large power line running north to south through the middle of the 80 acres.ine crisscrossing it. With some clearing, it will have a many nice homesite possibilities. Some woods roads are already through or at the boundarires. One could ride an ATV onto county roads 23 or 21 or 31 and be on the Ouachita National Forest in less than 5 miles. Also to the ATV trails. Level land to large hills.
