8001 Northstar Drive, Truckee, CA 96161

This top-floor residence in the Catamount Lodge offers front-row access to the Big Springs Gondola, right in the heart of the Northstar Village. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the home features vaulted ceilings and a bright, open living space that feels both comfortable and inviting. You're just steps from the gondola, ice rink, shops, dining, and year-round activities - yet the location is set slightly apart, offering a more peaceful atmosphere away from the main village energy. Inside, natural light fills the living area, centered around a cozy gas fireplace, along with a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious deck, two ensuite bedrooms plus an additional guest bath, and a full-size washer & dryer. From the residence, you can check gondola lines before heading out on the slopes, and the balcony provides a clear view of the hot tubs below and the forest beyond. The primary suite includes a beautifully finished bathroom with a soaking tub. A lock-off design adds flexibility and strong rental potential. Additional features include two private ski lockers, a large heated storage cage for gear, two underground heated parking spaces, and access to amenities like a pool, hot tubs, and fitness center. Offered fully furnished and turnkey, with a strong rental history.
