Welcome to Papakea Resort C205, a beautifully remodeled one bedroom, one bath oceanfront resort condo where Maui living begins at the front door. A family of green sea turtles set into the porcelain tile welcomes you inside, and the playful details continue in the walk in shower, where a massaging river stone floor is dotted with baby turtles. African Mahogany soft closing cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, brushed nickel fixtures, dimmable LED lighting and split A/C in both the bedroom and living room make this home as comfortable as it is charming. Step onto the covered lanai and enjoy your morning coffee or sunset dinner overlooking the koi ponds, tropical gardens, resort grounds and the sparkling Pacific beyond. Offered turnkey with quality furnishings and decor, and vacation rental use is currently permitted, making this an ideal personal retreat or a Maui investment. Papakea rests on 12.2 acres of oceanfront with lush landscaping, two oceanside saltwater pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, putting greens, cabanas, poolside barbecues and a 24 hour front desk. Stroll to the white sand shores of North Kaanapali Beach for swimming and snorkeling, then head over to nearby dining, a grocery store and a local farmers market.
