310 W Washington, Galax, VA 24333

Multi use home in the city of Galax. As you walk up to this historic home you are greeted by a curved, covered rocking chair porch. Original wavy glass windows have been preserved, which lends to the character of the home. The 2nd floor apartment has its own entrance with an open deck and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It is currently rented. The main level is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths; you will fall in love with the claw foot tub in the master. The original stairway is still in place which gives the option of converting it back to a single-family home. The current owner opted to leave the main level unrented while selling. This gives the new owner the option of living on the main level, while renting the 2nd level, or finding a new tenant. Rental properties are very limited in the area, and this is your chance to add additional income potential. There are separate HVAC units for each floor, electric and laundry. The only reason owner is selling is that they moved out of state.
