19752 Main St, Buchanan, VA 24066

Historic storefront building in the heart of Buchanan! Building is recently cleaned out and partially gutted for you to see all the possibilities, with exposed brick, soaring 16 foot ceilings and historic storefront windows. Restroom and electric have been left operable for contractor use during construction. One entrance is directly on Main Street and another is off the side of the building, allowing for multiple uses and configurations. Stainable concrete floors are in most of the building and there is wood up front. Walk to new brewery, restaurants, shops, parks, river outfitters and the beautiful James River.
