Harewood, Canterbury

7.6173ha of land available for sale or lease within the immediate Airport precinct. A prime strategic location having four road frontages with exceptional profile and exposure to SH1. This is certainly a rare opportunity, as freehold land of this magnitude is virtually impossible to obtain this close to the Christchurch International Airport's operational side. The Specific Purpose Airport (SPA) zoned site is ripe for development. The northern end is subject to building height restrictions to protect the approach lines to the runway but the southern end is capable of floor plates up to 24,700m2* and possibly vertically up to a maximum of 15m depending on design and technical height limits imposed (subject to consents). Certainly, a once in a lifetime opportunity here to obtain a prized and valuable site. Call now, because once it has gone, it's gone. (* approx.)
