35 Ida Road, Outer Kaiti, Gisborne

This is one that absolutely needs to be viewed to be appreciated! Lovingly renovated both inside and out, providing a calm and modern home, with open-plan living, stylish kitchen with scullery, and tasteful features throughout. Larger than you would expect, with extended master bedroom providing extra living or work form home space, flowing to the generous decking and partially landscaped gardens. Fully fenced, level easy care section and generous single garage means everyone in the family will be happy here. This was going to be our vendors "forever home", however circumstances have changed and they are reluctantly moving on. Seriously for sale, this is going to be a fabulous home for the next lucky owner. Call us for more details or to arrange a viewing.
