Splendid stone farmhouse located on the rolling Tuscan hills with magnificent views towards Volterra, surrounded by orderly cultivated fields. Description The farmhouse was born as an original nucleus in the late Middle Ages, with successive increases up to its current size, as one of the many farms in the area, stands in the center of one of the hills of the area of neatly cultivated fields located at the foot of Volterra. With an area of about 700 square meters on two levels, it is divided into two independent areas that can be connected if desired. The main part has a large living area on the ground floor, with the large kitchen and adjacent to the living area, rooms characterized by stones and terracotta brick vaults, and on the first floor a large hallway divides three bedrooms and a bathroom. The other half of the farmhouse is divided into 6 apartments each with independent entrance, three of which are on the ground floor and three on the first floor, each has two double bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. Beyond the fenced garden there are cultivated fields that cover an area of about 95 hectares, in turn dotted with small patches of green thanks to the various groups of tall trees. The panorama leaves you speechless and offers a postcard that changes its colors depending on the season, from gray to green and shades of yellow and ochre depending on the degree of ripeness of the wheat. State and finishes The last renovation was completed in 2005 and involved both the apartments and the master part, systems, finishes, fixtures and everything necessary to offer maximum comfort to the house, in compliance with the most recent regulations. The materials used are typical of Tuscany, very much the ancient ones, recovered, for an extremely pleasant visual effect and well inserted in the surrounding context.
