Ruins complex with private land and direct sea access in the heart of the Mediterranean maquis in Castagneto Carducci, in the province of Livorno. Description The complex, dating from the early 1900s, was built by a noble family to host 9 separate buildings intended as stables for horses, carriage houses, guard quarters, barns, warehouses, chicken coops, workers housing, a bread bakery with wood-fired oven and a lemon house. The buildings were stone with plastered facades painted in the characteristic red color of Maremma farms. The complex comprises a total of 7 main buildings and 2 minor ones, with an existing built area of about 1350 sqm to be renovated and a recoverable volume of 1900 sqm.
