A Fully Rebuilt House Villa Manuela was completely rebuilt starting in 2011, with work completed in 2018, from the foundations. A Rich And Productive Land The land is one of the great strengths of Villa Manuela. Of about 25,360 sq m in total, 13,000 sq m are olive grove with 375 olive trees, while about 8,000 sq m are arable. The property also hosts numerous fruit trees: pears, apples, plums, peaches, almonds, figs and pomegranates, as well as an artichoke bed, a small truffle area and a small vineyard. Beneath the olive grove there is also a woodland area. A rich and varied land, to be lived and cultivated, capable of offering different products throughout the seasons and particularly interesting also for those who wish to add an agricultural or hospitality project to the house. The Pond And The Irrigation System Inside the property there is a fenced pond of about 11 x 30 meters, populated by carps, some of which have lived here for about twenty years. A small ecosystem now an integral part of the property, but also a concrete and precious resource. From the pond the irrigation system runs to reach the orchard and the house courtyard, an element especially important for the management of greenery and crops. The Garden And The View Around the house the garden is mature and pleasant, with large mulberries, also called black mulberries, that have been part of Villa Manuela for many years and on hot days create beautiful shaded areas to stop and enjoy the greenery and the panorama. Perhaps it is only the silence of the countryside, perhaps the shade of a large tree on hot summer days. But we like to think that some houses also preserve these small stories, invisible in floor plans and yet part of their soul. Ground Floor The entrance naturally divides the house into two parts. On the right we find a large bright kitchen-tavern with a beautiful stone kitchen, a welcoming and convivial space connected to the outdoor covered area, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners during the warm season. Next to it is a beautiful storage room with a large window facing the garden. A versatile and bright space that can easily become a study, a small spa, a workshop or a creative space.
