Gili Trawangan, Bali

Reference: YHKN-T13787. A one-of-a-kind tiny home perched alone on top of the hill, with the whole hillside to itself. No neighbours, just forest, open land and the wild deer, cows and goats that wander through. The views run uninterrupted across the turquoise ocean to the neighbouring islands and the great volcano on the horizon, with sunsets most people only see on a postcard. The sale spans two plots, four are in total: one holds the hand-built tiny home, the second sits undeveloped and ready to build on, with a pathway between them. Inside, 31.5 sqm of clever living plus a loft gives two sleeping areas, a kitchen with Italian marble countertop, and a fully tiled hot-water bathroom. The walls are recycled antique teak, the roof and floors ironwood. There is air conditioning, a terrace, outdoor dining, a hammock, a fire pit and a children's playhouse. Central life is a short cycle away, yet it feels a world apart.
