Saint-Chels, Midi-Pyrénées 46160

Selection Habitat is pleased to present an incredible and unique location on the Saint-Chels causse. At the end of a 500-meter-long driveway, a breathtaking view awaits you, a fabulous 270 panorama. The 8 hectares, all in one piece, are composed of meadows, woods, and coppices, entirely enclosed by a sturdy fence and connected to a solar battery to protect a livestock farm and plantations, such as these 10,000 saffron plants to be cultivated on site. Attention, Robinson Crusoe of the causses! It is possible to live autonomously thanks to the photovoltaic panels that develop 3 kW, as well as the presence of a water tank. An old stone sheepfold, registered and in very good condition, and a small wooden cabin to be moved to a more shaded area invite the dream that everyone has had one day: living peacefully while contemplating nature at sunset. On the land, you will also find two wooden shelters for sheep or ewes with fenced areas. As you will have understood, this is a timeless place, unique for its dominant position and its panorama. A site from which you will not return!
