Nantiat, Limousin 87140

Reference: PFYR-T210604. Situated in Nantiat, in its own private woodland next to a meandering stream, this 3-bedroom detached bungalow enjoys a truly special setting. While it does need some updating, the location is superb - just 3km from the lively town of Nantiat with all your local facilities close at hand. Set across one level, the accommodation offers 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. Heating is via gas to one large radiator, and the windows are double glazed. The house is on a non-conforming septic tank, so this will need attention. The location and gardens here are simply surreal - quiet, with only birdsong and the stream running alongside the road to be heard. The property is surrounded by woodland, and the gardens wrap all the way around, offering several distinct areas to enjoy. There's also a small garage for storage and a small stone outbuilding. Limoges is just 22 minutes away, making both airport and city access easy. Price including agency fees : 118 800 Price excluding agency fees : 110 000 Buyer commission, tax included: 8%
