Comprising a vast property of approximately 850sqm, surrounded by a large park of century-old trees, its enigmatic ancient tower, its 11m x 6m swimming pool, and its 70 hectares of land, including 30 hectares of vineyards (23 hectares of AOP Corbières and the remainder of IGP, a varietal wine), all easily accessible.
