In Haute-Loire, 8 minutes from La Chaise-Dieu, two houses with a total area of 1,250 m², a wooded park of 4 ha and a 22 ha lake. At the end of a tree-lined road, the 22 ha lake appears, at the edge of which stands a long building built in 1903, oriented east/west. It consists of two parts of different heights: the lower part, comprising a gîte and a caretaker's dwelling, and the upper part, currently divided into two accommodations that can be easily connected, respectively named the 'lake house 1' and the 'lake house 2'. About 80 m from the building is an old hunting lodge, three stories high, oriented to the west, with views over the lake. The whole sits within a roughly 7 ha wooded park. The 22 ha lake requires no daily management, only a quadrennial maintenance schedule.
