In the Vosges du Saône region, between Luxeuil-les-Bains and Le Val-dAjol, two 18th- and 19th-century farmhouses and their rebuilt bread oven. From a communal road in the hamlet, the main access to the property is via a driveway leading to a central courtyard, surrounded by the three dwellings that make up the property: two former stone farmhouses dating respectively from 1764 and 1830, and an old bread oven converted into a dwelling. The façades are in pink and grey sandstone, window surrounds in stone, small-paned wooden double-glazed windows, and two-pitched roofs clad with mechanical tiles. The largest farmhouse, renovation work to be completed, comprises seven main rooms with a total area of about 330 m², plus a large garage. The second farmhouse has three main rooms, including two bedrooms, for a living area of 97 m². The bread oven, converted into a 70 m² dwelling, offers three main rooms, including two bedrooms under the eaves. The floors of most ground-floor rooms are covered with sandstone slabs. A second wooden garage is located at the southern end of the property, along the second farmhouse. A mature garden extends to the north of the property over approximately 8,000 m².
