Lovers of beautiful stones, Abithéa invites you to discover this beautiful building. We present to you two homes of respectively 107 and 67 m2. The first free and completely renovated, offers generous volumes with a beautiful entrance, a large kitchen with its beautiful stones, a beautiful living room, 1 bedroom on the ground floor and separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (bath and shower) and separate WC. For relaxation, we have a pretty little plot, and for storage, part of a barn. The second house currently rented (500 monthly but available for sale), has on the ground floor a beautiful and large living room, a large kitchen with its adjoining pantry. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and WC. A garage on two levels completes the offer. The insulation is up to current standard, heating is provided by well-made electric convectors. In summary, 2 choices are possible: - Have a large house of 174 m2?, only an opening needs to be created between the two living rooms. - Retain the rental to finance a significant part of the overall investment.
