Upstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms of 9.60 m2 and 12.30 m2. A 14 m2 awning with a view of the wooded grounds and a detached garage opposite the house complete the ensemble. Motorized gate, double-glazed windows and connection pending installation of a heat pump, individual sanitation to current standards. Plan a budget to complete the work.
