BARNES presents in Sant Sadurní de l'Heura this authentic 250 m² stone masia, which preserves all the essence of Catalan rural architecture and represents an excellent opportunity for a bespoke renovation project. Fully structurally renovated in 2009 on the foundations of a former property dating back to 1950, this masía offers a solid and secure base for the development of a personalised residential project, as the interior still requires renovation, allowing each space to be adapted to the taste and needs of the future owner. The house is arranged over two floors. Highlights include exposed stone walls, original wooden beams on the upper floor, and a spacious porch with a well, ideal as a relaxation area or summer dining room. These features give the property a rustic and welcoming character, perfect both as a second residence or a permanent home. The estate covers about 4 hectares of flat land, divided into two areas: farmland, perfect for a vegetable garden or agricultural use, and an area of scrubland that provides privacy, nature, and biodiversity. The location is quiet but not isolated, with neighbors nearby, ensuring security and a good connection to the surroundings. The property has water and electricity connections on the plot, its own well, and good road access. A place full of potential where you can design your home to your measure.
