Empuriabrava, Catalonia 17487

Plot of 1.124 m2 located at the end of a canal with a lot of privacy. It is one of the few with a covered jetty of 10x3 metres water surface. Around the plot, in the wide canal, there are 38 m of mooring (one of 14.5 m, another of 9.6 m and another of 8 m), plus the covered garage. Due to the exposure of the plot, the edification could be completely west facing with unobstructed views of the wide canal, in a good neighbourhood (reformed villas). The fact that it is a finca with several moorings makes it very attractive and unique! Ask for information about one of the few building plots in Empuriabrava with more than 1.000 m2! ref:268
