Are you looking for the extraordinary... an equestrian facility with a high standing? In Mallorca, near Montuiri in the municipality of Algaida, we sell a great equestrian facility for about 9-10 horses. (The equestrian facility could be expanded). Large pastures, plenty of space - on almost 7ha of land, your horses can let off steam as much as they want. Various pastures allow alternating pasture use and recreation. Various trees provide shade and partly enclose the outer boundary so that the property is not directly visible and also inside the facility there are shady places for rest breaks for people and animals. The stables are equipped with plenty of air and light, but are built solidly and coolly. A tack room, a room for the riders with a shower and a small kitchenette are of course available. In addition to the stable buildings, the riding facility includes a large riding arena with a covered grandstand and a round pen as well as a complete facility for the operation. (Barn for hay and straw, a shelter for work machines, a supplied space for a trough - so that the manure can be easily disposed of are included. A private well for the horses (there are 3 wells on the property) and a private covered parking space for about 4 cars or horse trailers are available. The stable is easily accessible on foot from the house. However, flies or smells do not reach the house. A short path through a beautiful garden allows the owners to see their horses after a short walk. The manor house itself can be reached through an electrically operated forged metal gate. It can be opened with a remote control and the gate to the entrance to the great estate slides gracefully to the side. A shelter for about 5 cars is located inside the complex directly on the access road. The shelter is covered and provides shade for the vehicles even in summer. Also near the entrance is the donkey stable. There is room for up to four donkeys and the building is adorable. (Other small animals could also be accommodated here). Electricity and water are available. Further in the direction of the manor house is a small secluded corner with trees and palm trees and a small artificial stream that feeds a fountain that stands in a small pond. Under these beautiful trees you can enjoy the coolness and the view of the garden. The place is predestined for an aperitif... Further up the main path you will find the stately manor house. This is currently divided into various units. The main part is the largest and is located in the middle of the house. There are individual units on both sides. Air conditioning is available for each unit. Of course, the house could be reopened and be for a larger family - or you could leave the units for guests or maybe you could even consider renting out the units as an Airbnb. The pool house is actually its own apartment or even a house. It has its own kitchen with enough space for a dining table, the bathroom with bathtub and a nice bedroom and living room. At the stable there is another small service apartment - which could be used for the staff or even for guests. The pool area is spacious and beautifully bordered. A special glass covering can be moved over the pool and you can therefore also use the pool in the transitional period. A beautiful arcade is overgrown with flowering climbing plants in summer. There are 2 approaches to the house. The "official" - the beautiful one with the right of way to the house and the circular road to leave the property again. The road is lined with white oleander. In spring/early summer they are a dream. From here the road continues to the stable - but also the 2nd road, which leads to the double garage with its own small petrol station at the back of the manor house. Another individual garage and a 6m2 cold room are also available in the main house. This means that there is enough space for a party to store supplies to be cooled. A barbecue and pizza oven is located between the main house and the pool
